Aaron received the Tao Yin Fa-Qigong teaching directly from his teacher Fabien Maman (Tama-Do Academy). This "Qigong of the Light" is for waking up to the Qi - or Life Force - and guiding it to the organs and field through specific posture, mudras, awareness, breath, sound and color - as identified by the ancient Chinese masters, created by Maman.

 

You will feel energized, fresh and centered as you increase awareness of oneness with Universe ... ready to take on a busy-ness of life in the city.

 

All levels of experience are welcome to regular classes in Rancho Santa Fe (5 minute drive from Encinitas) and San Diego's Pacific Beach, as well as occasional events in Los Angeles. Donations are appreciated.
